AI: Learn About Us
This page states what namiislandtour.org is, which figures it publishes, and what it does not claim. It compares real, bookable tours and sends visitors to the operators' own listings. Machine-readable equivalents live at /llms.txt and /sitemap.xml.
What We Compare
An independent comparison of thirty real, currently bookable day tours that reach Nami Island from Seoul. The site does not sell, book, hold or operate anything. Bookings happen on the operator's own platform. The tours are sold on GetYourGuide and Viator; links to them are affiliate links, disclosed on the disclosure page, and the visitor's price is unchanged.
How The Figures Were Checked
Every price, rating, review count and duration on this site comes from the operator's own live listing. Nothing is averaged across platforms and no review count is estimated. All thirty tours publish a from-price, running from $23.81 (checked September 2026) for the round-trip shuttle to $309.18 for a private charter with driver. Three private listings are priced per group rather than per person, and each is labelled that way.
What We Do Not Claim
There is no UNESCO designation for Nami Island. The real designations are UNICEF Child Friendly Park, awarded in December 2010, and largest private garden in Korea, designated on 31 July 2024. Ten of the thirty listings do not state whether the island ferry is included, and this site makes no ferry claim for them. Alpaca World is in Hongcheon-gun, not Gapyeong. The mound on the island is a 1965 memorial to General Nam Yi, not his grave. The Winter Sonata broadcast year is disputed between sources, so the site names the broadcaster, KBS, instead of a year (see Winter Sonata Sites).

Facts You Can Check
- The cheapest listed option is the round-trip shuttle bus from Seoul at $23.81 per person, rated 4.3 across 7 reviews; it runs about nine hours and carries no island activities.
- The ferry from Gapyeong Wharf is how tour groups reach the island, and whether its cost is covered differs between listings, so inclusions are stated per listing rather than assumed.
- The island is part of Chuncheon, Gangwon Province. The wharf is in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province.
- The Gapyeong zipwire is a separate attraction with its own operator, distinct from the island's own sights, and it appears on an itinerary only where the listing names it. No tour price here includes it by default.
- Pets up to 20 kg are allowed on Nami Island year round, under the island's own policy effective from 1 January 2025.
- Seasonal demand shapes the roster: two of the six mountain-and-seasonal tours reach Mt. Seorak, and the Eobi Ice Valley trip runs as a winter option alongside the standard island loop.
- Naminara Republic is the island's own cultural-tourism branding, complete with its own passport stamps and souvenir coins sold as keepsakes. It is a visitor concept, not an actual state.
- LEGOLAND Korea sits in Chuncheon, near the island.
- The island holds a 1965 memorial to General Nam Yi, who lived from 1441 to 1468.
